Annmarie is a seasoned Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience having worked across a range of sectors, working with managers and their teams to improve performance of their businesses, specifically in times of expansion and rapidly changing environments by creating, aligning and implementing a global human resources strategy. Annmarie is a respected advisor who has helped translate corporate goals and strategies into human and business strategies through the management of change and engagement for employees. Awed by management, she believes that the development of teams and their learning crucial to maintaining the competitive edge. Annmarie has been working with Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize businesses, developing leadership and coaches with demonstrated outcomes. These experiences helped develop organizations that were characterized by innovative learning practices and the ability to change. Annmarie was motivated to give her talents and time to assist Learning Ally's cause. In her spare time she provides assistance to several non-profit organizations. Annmarie is a member the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a committee that aims to helping women become leaders. Additionally, she provides education for members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
